Department Of physiotherapy

Restoring a movement and an organ’s functional ability will be developed by Physiotherapy. Usually, aging, injury, diseases, disorders, conditions, or environmental factors inhibit the movements and these can be retained from the services of physiotherapy. The functionality of the organ is the main idea to be physically healthy in a physiotherapist’s view.

Physiotherapy’s focus is to recognize and elevate the quality of life and movement ability while promoting, preventing, treating/intervening, habilitating, and rehabilitating. This concurs with physical, psychological, emotional, and overall wellbeing. The involvement of the circle of care comprises physical therapists, patients/clients, other health professionals, families, caregivers, and communities in a physiotherapy process where functional ability is assessed and targets are set, using theoretical knowledge and skills that are unique to our physiotherapists.

The following process is most commonly followed by our doctors:

  • Assessment of overall examination of the patient.
  • Analyzing the results of the assessments.
  • Tailoring the diagnosis, prognosis, and plan for the treatment, to begin with.
  • To make sure that the problem is being dealt with accurately, other departmental tests or other departmental consultations are also recommended.
  • A program i.e., customized to fit the physical intervention will be implemented.
  • Self-management importance is communicated and recommended with thorough tactics.
